Neil and Hilda arrived at TCBC in 1992. They were in Bangladesh prior to this, where Neil was Medical Superintendent of a village hospital, then established a village health program. Back in Australia, Neil established the Darling Downs Public Health Unit. He has been Church Chair twice before, then became Associate Pastor, retiring from that in 2020. He has been on various committees and boards, at local, state and national level, in the health and faith sectors.

Greg (& Toni) have attended TCBC since 2021.  He has now been on Church council since 2023 (check yr).  He has been research leader for R&D projects with Corteva for 28 yrs and prior to that was a field scientist for nearly 10 years.  He lived in Melbourne for 23 years and was on the Sunbury Baptist church board for nearly 20 years of that time.  Greg is presently also involved in chaplaincy to Toowoomba Mountaineers basketball, leader of a TCBC home group and member of various professional committees including CropLife expert committee on fungicide resistance, Rice crop protection working group, weed society of Vic and Qld amongst others
